Unforgettable Change Foundation, Inc. (UCF) is a licensed 501(c)(3), our mission is to create long lasting individual development enhancements for children and young adults. We prepare young people for a promising future through mentor resources, educational literacy support program (UCF Take Off), and community outreach events. We are motivated by progressivism with strong commitment to community participation in the decision-making process and in shaping the programs and institutions that were set up to serve them.
